The Department of Artificial Intelligence was established in 2002. The curriculum of Artificial Intelligence is designed by Adikavi Nannaya University from time to time and the committed faculties of the institution serve the goods to make the students sound in fundamentals. The faculty are well qualified,dedicated and highly motivated.
The Department aims to equip the students with the ability and skills to analyze, design and develop computer systems and their applications, with a curriculum that has a balanced emphasis on theory, practicals and projects.
The focus will be on development and strengthening systems thinking, problem solving, analysis, design, research, team work, communication skills, and readiness for lifelong learning in areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Embedded Systems, Internet of Things, Applications in Healthcare and Smart Living.
The department has four dedicated laboratories for B.Sc(Artificial Intelligence)and B.Com(Vocational) to keep the students at par with the latest trends and techniques in the IT field.
